Foros Indigenas on December 18 & 19 proposed several demands for indigenous groups’ rights. Mixtecos, Zapotecos, Triquis, Chinatecos, & native groups: Paipai, Cochimi, Kiliwa, Cucapa y Kuimai de Baja California represented.

Delegates from FIOB on both sides of the border attended el Foro Nacional Indigena to fight for recognition of political, social, and cultural rights of indigenous migrants.
